Contact and enquiry form
When you contact us by form, email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. Enquiries about a possible service rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Form details are sent to us by email. A honeypot and time-based limit help prevent spam. We delete enquiries when they are no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties.
External content and links
Images, videos and the logo are loaded from our own web server. WhatsApp and Instagram open external services only after you click. Their own privacy notices apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Contact the email address above. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
Request assistant
The request assistant stores your entries in your browser's session storage so they remain available when you move between pages. Your details are passed to WhatsApp or your email program only when you click the corresponding send link. The saved draft on this website is then deleted. Session storage also ends when your browser session ends.
